Order Processing

All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed. Should there be a significant delay, we will notify you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Orders over R2,000 qualify for free delivery within South Africa
• Orders below this amount are charged at R85 per case

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services. Shipping rates and promotions are subject to change without notice.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email from us or our delivery partner.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Vergenoegd Löw The Wine Estate is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to international shipments. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Vergenoegd Löw is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@vergenoegd.co.za with your order details.

We will assist with replacing the damaged goods and lodging a claim with the courier where applicable.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items until the matter is resolved.
